The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the price and yield performance of an index that tracks the California municipal bond market and provides income that is exempt from Federal and California state income taxes. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in the securities comprising the Index or in securities. It also invests in futures, options, swap contracts and other derivatives, cash and cash equivalents or money market instruments. The fund uses a passive management strategy designed to track the price and yield performance of the Barclays Capital Managed Money Municipal California Index. It is non-diversified.
