The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of an index that tracks the U.S. high yield corporate bond market. The fund seeks to track the Barclays Capital High Yield Very Liquid Index. It invests at least 80% of total assets in securities comprising the index or in securities that the investment adviser determines have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities that comprise the index. The fund is non-diversified.
