The investment seeks results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the S and P Global Nuclear Energy IndexTM. The fund generally invests at least 90% of assets in securities of the underlying index and depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to provide liquid exposure to publicly-listed companies in the global nuclear energy business from developed markets or whose securities are listed on developed market exchanges. The fund is non-diversified.
