The investment seeks results that generally correspond to the price and yield of an equity index called the FTSE RAFI US 1000 Index. The fund normally invests at least 90% of total assets in common stocks that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index was composed of approximately 1,000 U.S. stocks. The underlying index is designed to track the performance of the largest U.S. equity stocks that FTSE International Limited and Research Affiliates LLC, strictly in accordance with its existing guidelines and mandated procedures, includes based on the following four fundamental measures: book value, income, sales and dividends.
