The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the FTSE RAFI US 1500 Small-Mid Index. The fund invests at least 90% of total assets in common stocks that compromise the underlying index. The underlying index was composed of approximately 1,500 U.S. stocks that FTSE International Limited and Research Affiliates LLC, strictly in accordance with its existing guidelines and mandated procedures, included to track the performance of small and medium-sized U.S. equity stocks based on the following four fundamental measures of firm size: book value, income, cash flow and dividends.
