The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the Dynamic Industrials Sector IntellidexSM Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of total assets in common stocks of industrial companies. It generally will invest at least 90% of total assets in common stocks that comprise the Underlying Intellidex. The Intellidex was comprised of stocks of 60 U.S. industrial companies which are principally engaged in the business of providing industrial products and services, including engineering, heavy machinery, construction, electrical equipment, aerospace and defense and general manufacturing.
