The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fund and #39-s fees and expenses, of an equity index called the MAC Global Solar Energy Index. The fund invests at least 90% of total assets in common stock, ADRs and GDRs that comprise the index and depositary receipts representing common stocks included in the index. It generally invests in all of the stocks comprising the index in proportion to their weightings in the index. The fund is non-diversified.
