The Land Investment segment invests in land interests in Hawaii. The Residential Real Estate segment constructs and sells luxury single-family homes in Hawaii. The Contract Drilling segment provides well drilling services and water pumping system installation and repairs in Hawaii. The company was founded in 1956 and is based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
