Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, through its subsidiaries, engages in the interstate transportation and storage of natural gas in the United States. The company owns and operates three interstate natural gas pipeline systems that transport natural gas for various customers, including producers, local distribution companies, marketers, interstate and intrastate pipelines, electric power generators, and direct industrial users. It owns and operates approximately 14,200 miles of interconnected pipeline directly serving customers in 12 states and indirectly serving customers in the northeastern and southeastern United States- and owns 11 underground storage fields in 4 states with aggregate working gas capacity of approximately 167.0 billion cubic feet. Boardwalk GP, LP serves as the general partner of the company. The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas. Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP is a subsidiary of Boardwalk Pipelines Holding Corp.
