The company was formerly known as Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. and changed its name to Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. in August 2000 as a result of acquisition of Coca-Cola Beverages plc. Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in Athens, Greece.
