It also operates online business through TwinSpires, an advance deposit wagering platform- Bloodstock Research Information Services, a data service provider for the equine industry- and HRTV, LLC, a horseracing television channel. In addition, the company owns and operates a casino and hotel, Harlow's Casino Resort and Hotel, that comprises approximately 900 slot machines, 21 table games, a poker room, a five story, 105-room attached hotel, and dining facilities in Greenville, Mississippi- Calder Casino, a slot facility with approximately 1,200 slot machines, including a poker room operated under the Studz Poker Club name in Florida- and Fair Grounds Slots, a slot facility with approximately 600 slot machines, as well as approximately 700 video poker machines in Louisiana. Further, the company holds investments in United Tote Company and United Tote Canada, which manufacture and operate pari-mutuel wagering systems- and Churchill Downs Simulcast Productions, LLC that provide television production to the racing industry.
