The Government Systems division designs, manufactures, and markets advanced imaging and detection systems for government markets. Its Surveillance segment provides imaging and recognition solutions to military, law enforcement, public safety, and other government customers for the protection of borders, troops, and public welfare. This division's Detection segment produces sensor instruments that detect and identify chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive threats for military force protection, homeland security, and commercial applications. The Government Systems' Integrated Systems segment develops platform solutions for combating security threats- and incorporates multiple sensor systems to deliver actionable intelligence for wide area surveillance, intrusion detection, and facility security. The company serves various customers, including government agencies and militaries, aerospace and defense contractors, electricians and tradesmen, commercial ports, heating and air conditioning technicians, food processors, recreational boaters, and consumer markets.
