Canyon Services Group Inc. provides specialized fracturing and chemical stimulation services to companies exploring for, and producing hydrocarbons in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. The company offers acidizing services, including matrix acidizing, acid fracturing,, chemical stimulation, water conformance, injectivity testing, cement squeeze, well abandonment, and batch fracturing- and coil tubing unit (CTU) services, which comprise blowdowns and well cleanouts, NGC fracturing, conventional CTU fracturing, downhole tool placement and retrieval, acidizing, and horizontal well operations. It also provides services related to CO2 pumping, storage, and transport equipment- and hydraulic fracturing services consisting of hydrocarbon fracturing, water based fracturing, foam fracturing, and emulsion fracturing, as well as fluid systems. In addition, the company offers Canyon technology, including CBM-LWP ultra-lightweight proppant, X-box foam generator, grand canyon process, CBM-40 coal stimulation fluid, fracturing fluid systems, and proprietary acidizing systems- and high rate nitrogen equipment built for dry/under-saturated coal stimulation. Further, it provides nitrogen services fleet, such as nitrogen queens, nitrogen transports, low rate nitrogen pumpers, mid-rate triplex pumpers, and hi-rate quintaplex pumpers that are used in support of CTU cleanouts, well blowdowns, purging, NGC fracturing, CO2 vessel pressurization, foamed acidizing, and foam fracturing- and shale gas stimulation services. The company was formerly known as Jade Energy Services Inc. and changed its name to Canyon Services Group Inc. in March 2006. Canyon Services Group Inc. was founded in 1979 and is headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
