Company Profile
Inergy, L.P. engages in the retail marketing, sale, and distribution of propane to residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural customers in the United States. The company owns and operates four natural gas storage facilities (Stagecoach, Steuben, Thomas Corners, and Tres Palacios)- a liquefied petroleum gas storage facility (Finger Lakes LPG)- a natural gas liquids business- and solution-mining and salt production company (US Salt). As of October 29, 2010, it served approximately 700,000 retail customers in 33 states from 356 customer service centers. Inergy, L.P. is headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri.
