The Specialized Services segment provides a range of logistics services comprising international freight forwarding, fleet management, and personnel placement agency services, as well as offers integrated management of industrial, commercial, and residential solid waste collection and treatment services to the energy industry. In addition, the company provides rig relocation services, including disassembly, transportation, and reassembly of oil and gas drilling rigs. TransForce Inc. serves energy, waste management, automotive, forest products, metals and mining, manufactured goods, building materials, chemicals and explosives, food and beverage, services, maritime containers, and retail industries. As of December 31, 2010, it owned or leased approximately 6,200 power units and 11,600 trailers. The company is headquartered in Saint-Laurent, Canada.
